Last updated: April 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Momentum habit tracking application and website at getmomentum.cc (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Momentum is a habit tracking application based on Atomic Habits principles. The Service allows you to create and track habits, manage tasks, view streaks and progress, and optionally collaborate with teams. The Service is available via web browser and mobile application.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Free and Premium Plans

Momentum offers a free tier with limited features (up to 3 active habits, 30-day streak history) and a Premium subscription with unlimited habits, full streak history, and additional features.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($29.99/year) through Stripe (web) or through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat (mobile). Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Billing and Cancellation

Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal (web) or your App Store subscription settings (mobile).

Upon cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If your payment method fails, we may downgrade your account to the free tier.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service, including habits, tasks, and progress data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Teams

If you create or join a team, certain progress data (habit completion, streaks, scores) will be visible to other team members. Team creators are responsible for managing team membership. You may leave a team at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Momentum and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Momentum is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momentum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
