How do I create a habit?

Tap the "+" button on the Habits page. Give your habit a title, choose a frequency (daily, weekdays, weekends, or custom days), and optionally add Atomic Habits elements like a cue, craving, or reward.

What is the free plan limit?

Free users can track up to 3 active habits with 30 days of streak history. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited habits and full history.

How do I upgrade to Premium?

On the web, go to the Billing page and choose a plan. On mobile, tap the upgrade prompt in the app. Premium is available as a monthly ($4.99/mo) or annual ($29.99/yr) subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On the web, go to Billing and click "Manage Subscription" to open the Stripe customer portal. On mobile, manage your subscription through your App Store settings. You keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.

How are streaks calculated?

Streaks are calculated from your daily completion history. Complete all habits due on a given day to keep your streak going. Missing a day resets your current streak, but your best streak is always saved.

Can I use Momentum on both web and mobile?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on both platforms and your habits, progress, and Premium status sync automatically.

How do teams work?

Create a team from the Team page and invite members by sharing your team code. Team members can see each other's progress and streaks for shared accountability.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at charles.catron@gmail.com and we will delete your account and all associated data.
